Tracey has spent many years working across both the public and charity sectors, bringing a warm, supportive style to managing both volunteers and paid teams. She’s all about collaboration and helping people grow, whether that’s within a team or in the wider community.

Much of her career has focused on supporting people through tough times, which has given her a genuinely empathetic and thoughtful approach. She’s great at building trust and connecting with others, which really helps when forming meaningful, long-term partnerships.

She’s also a talented and imaginative writer, with experience as a Writing for Wellbeing Facilitator. Tracey has a real knack for communicating clearly and with heart—whether that’s sharing a vision, telling a story, or finding common ground. Her mix of organisational know-how, people skills, and creativity means she’s great at developing partnerships that make a real impact and reach a wide range of communities.
