Managing Director

Sarah Okoro is the Managing Director of Vivacity Healthcare, bringing over thirty years of cross-sector experience to the organisation. She is a Chartered Manager and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and holds a master’s level qualification in Strategic Leadership. Her leadership style is distinguished by her person-centred approach, a deep commitment to inclusion and her unwavering advocacy for integrity within social care.

Sarah’s roles have ranged from senior management and operations to consulting and strategic partnerships across statutory, private, and voluntary sectors.

As a parent of children with additional needs, including experience with Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS), she draws on lived expertise to champion care that is not just effective, but also empathetic and tailored.

She is renowned for her collaborative methods, supporting organisations in business planning, CQC/Ofsted application writing, quality governance, and operational excellence, as well as delivering strategic away days and tailored training.

Sarah actively works to reduce discrimination and promote equity, serving as a visible ally to both anti-racist and LGBTQ+ causes.

She is driven by a belief in people living their best lives, and her inclusive leadership has helped transform care settings by instilling cultures of safety, dignity, and excellence.
