Experience & Qualifications
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care
- Level 3 Certificate in Business Management & Sustainability
- Leadership Roles in Health and Social Care – including managing teams, overseeing care delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Wellbeing Coordinator With a focus on improving the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of service users through tailored programs and holistic support.
- Senior Care Assistant Provided high-level personal care and support, mentored junior staff, and acted as a key liaison between families, healthcare professionals, and service users.
