Last night we attended a University of the West of England BDAS talk for Black History Month. So much to take away about allyship. Teaching and coaching this at work, made me think about one quote from the whole evening which was about how standing up to racism and discrimination should not be shouted about but is more about private integrity. That as an ally we would be the same with just 2 people in the room, but also in front of 20,000 people on LinkedIn. Let’s hope that we have more allyships within the white population and that we are doing it when no-one is watching. #integrity #inclusive #innovative
