Our Expertise
Sarah Okoro is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and has a master’s qualification in Strategic Leadership. A parent to children with additional needs, this has enabled Sarah to fuel her passion for care being done with integrity and being person centred. She believes in people living their best lives. As an advocate for her disabled son who has a DOLS, she has personal lived experience of supporting others, and also worked for various disability charities and worked with families going through different challenges in the Carer Journey. A qualified trainer and strategic leader, a solution focused individual who can work collaboratively with any team to find the way forward. Although health and social care is her main sector, these skills can work across a variety of sectors to ensure that the culture of your organisation is fit for purpose.
